independent third-party carriers that maintain their own operating authority, equipment, drivers, insurance,
permits when applicable, and operational responsibilities.
2. No Guarantee of Carrier Availability or Service Outcome
Transportation options may vary depending on carrier availability, route, equipment requirements, timing, freight
or unit details, documentation, weather, road conditions, regulatory requirements, and other operational factors.
Prime Quality Transport Inc does not guarantee that a specific carrier, route, pickup date, delivery date,
equipment type, rate, or transportation result will be available unless confirmed in writing as part of a specific
service arrangement.
Estimated timelines, rates, or availability provided during the coordination process are for informational and
planning purposes and may be subject to change.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information related to each transportation
request. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Pickup and delivery locations
- Freight type or unit details
- Vehicle, equipment, boat, or container information
- Dimensions and weight when applicable
- Condition of the freight or unit
- Preferred timeline
- Loading and unloading requirements
- Access restrictions
- Special handling needs
- Required documentation
- Contact information for pickup and delivery parties
Prime Quality Transport Inc is not responsible for delays, additional costs, failed pickups, carrier refusal, or
other issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or missing information provided by the client or any third party.
4. Third-Party Carriers
Independent third-party carriers are responsible for the physical transportation of the freight, vehicle,
equipment, container, boat, or other unit. These carriers operate under their own authority and maintain their own
insurance, equipment, drivers, permits when applicable, and safety obligations.
Prime Quality Transport Inc may assist with communication, coordination, document review, and administrative
tracking; however, carrier operations, driving, loading, unloading, securement, transit, and delivery are the
responsibility of the carrier performing the transportation.
5. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes may be based on the information available at the time of request, including freight type, route, distance,
equipment needs, timing, carrier availability, and market conditions.
Quotes are not final unless confirmed in writing. Pricing may change due to updated information, incorrect
details, carrier availability, route restrictions, access limitations, required equipment, permits, delays, storage,
waiting time, or other operational factors.
Submitting a request through the website does not create a binding transportation agreement until accepted and
confirmed by Prime Quality Transport Inc and the appropriate carrier arrangement is completed.
6. Documentation and Compliance
Prime Quality Transport Inc may review documents and carrier information as part of its coordination process. This
may include operating authority, insurance information, carrier documentation, shipment details, and other
information relevant to the transportation request.

7. Freight, Vehicle, and Unit Condition
Clients are responsible for accurately disclosing the condition of any freight, vehicle, boat, equipment,
container, or unit before transportation coordination begins.
For vehicle, boat, machinery, or equipment moves, clients should disclose whether the unit is operable,
inoperable, oversized, modified, leaking fluids, unable to roll, unable to steer, or requires special loading
equipment.
Failure to disclose accurate condition or special requirements may result in delays, additional costs,
cancellation, carrier refusal, or the need for different equipment.
